All YoColorado merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Once the item is received by us a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 2-4 days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. If the item is defective or shipped incorrectly we will email you a return label at our expense.
If you changed your mind and would like to return the item you can return it to our store headquarters or send it back to us at your expense. Please note that we do not refund the original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx, which allows you to track your package. So please keep your tracking information receipt. We are unable to accept a return COD.
*Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.
