All YoColorado merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original shipping costs are not refunded and item(s) will be subjected to a $8.95. You may return any unused product for a refund within 40 days of the purchase date. Some exclusions apply. Please refer to information on the product page for products that are excluded from this policy.

We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges in the USA. You can process your exchange using the link provided below. All exchanges are limited to 2 exchanges per item. You can also exchange your item at our flagship store located at 805 12th St, Golden, CO 80401

All returns are subjected to a restocking fee of $8.95 per order which will be deducted from your refund. Items may also be returned without charge, in person to our flagship store located at 805 12th St, Golden, CO 80401. You can opt out of our portal if you do not wish to use it. Just download our return form and include it in your return. *MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR TRACKING INCASE THE PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT. Without the tracking we will not be able to issue a refund/ exchange.

If you need to return or exchange your item(s) you can download this form and send your item(s) back to the address below. Once your package arrives back to our warehouse we will process your return/ exchange. All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
