United StatesI got this for my 10 Year old nephew because the kids sized I Love Snow hat said up to age 7. I figured if it was too large I would be keeping it for myself because I love it, but when it arrived it 100% looks like a youth size. Was very small on me when I tried it on. Would recommend for kids, or adults with very small heads.
