 Q:  When will my order ship and when will it arrive?

A:  We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 2 business days to assemble, package, and ship your order. All orders are shipping from Golden, Colorado. So most in state orders take 1-2 business days after it's shipped. All out of state orders take 3-5 business days once shipped.

 

Q:  Can I change the order once it's been shipped?

A:  YoColorado's goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. So once you hit submit, most orders cannot be changed. However, our customer service may be able to help. Contact us during our hours of Mon–Thu, 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-3pm; or email them at yo@yocolorado.com

 

Q:  Does YoColorado ship internationally?

A: Yes we do. 137 countries and counting.

 

Q:  How can I track my package?

A:  Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.

 

Q:  What if my item is defective?
